Since 2020, MORE Community has been providing programs to adults with IDD and their families in the Fort Bend, Texas area. With an emphasis on self-development, building mindfulness, and social skills training, MORE works to help these adults gain supportive peer networks while building lasting friendships.

MORE Community provides opportunities for adults with IDD and their families by offering guidance and a welcoming environment in order to:
- Help them pursue advancement of their community involvement
- Aid in reinforcing and expanding their relationships
- Allow them to learn from mentoring
- Increase their exposure to new experiences
